Cancellation Policy

You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being dispatched. Once of the order has already been dispatched, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with a member of our customer support team. Please reach out to our customer support team before sending your order back.
 
Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.
